The Gig Harbor BoatShop at the historic Eddon Boatyard is a cultural treasure. Each year, we provide thousands of hours of community programming for youth, adults and seniors. As a non-profit, we depend on support from businesses, individuals, families, foundations, and estates. Every dollar goes directly to community programs and operations. Make your cash, check or credit card contribution today.

If you are 70½ or older, you may also qualify to make a Charitable IRA Rollover. Making a distribution from your IRA to the BoatShop may potentially reduce your taxable income. Charitable distributions from your IRA can be used to satisfy your required minimum withdrawal and may be excluded from your gross income for federal tax purposes. How is a donation different from a membership?

A membership is considered a donation to the BoatShop, and you will also receive membership benefits. A donation does not include membership benefits.
